Spanning three levels and covering 400 sqm, Villa Chryssi is perfectly designed for large families or groups of friends. It comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests in beds, with the capacity to host up to 16 guests if needed. The thoughtfully planned layout ensures both togetherness and privacy, featuring seven bedrooms, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and two inviting living rooms. 

Layout

Ground Floor

Upon entering the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living and kitchen space. The living room features two cozy sofas, an armchair, a 50” HDTV, and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, ensuring a self-catered holiday, while the dining table comfortably seats up to ten guests. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors bathe the space with natural light, along with direct access to the veranda equipped with patio furniture. The ground floor also features three bedrooms. 

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king (1.80m x 2.00m), upon request. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a 32” TV, a self-controlled A/C, and direct access to the rear part of the villa. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king (1.80m x 2.00m), upon request. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a 32” TV, a self-controlled A/C, and direct access to a veranda. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king (1.80m x 2.00m), upon request. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will find three bedrooms along with a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. 

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom features its own entrance,  a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features an open fireplace, a 32” TV, a self-controlled A/C, and direct access to a private veranda, furnished with sunbeds, and unobstructed sea views.

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king (1.80m x 2.00m), upon request. This bedroom also features a 32” TV, a self-controlled A/C, and a suitcase stand.

Bedroom 6: The bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size bed (1,60 X 2,00), 32’’ TV, A/C, and suitcase stand. It also offers access to a private balcony with stunning vistas of the sea and the White Mountains.

Lower Floor

Descending to the lower floor, you will find a second living room with a large corner sofa, a 3D 50’’ TV with Netflix, A/C, home cinema, and a sound system.  This living room offers direct access to the veranda and pool terrace. Additionally, a kitchenette with a wine cooler and a small fridge is also available, next to the sitting area. Moreover, an extra family bathroom with a shower cabin is also available for this living area. 

Bedroom 7: This bedroom offers its own entrance, a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a 32” TV, a safe deposit box, a self-controlled A/C, and direct access to the outdoor area. 

Outdoor Area

The surroundings of the villa cover approximately 4.000 square meters, half of which is lawn covered, while the other half is full of flowers, bushes, and herbs. The exterior of the Villa offers several facilities, which include:

- Α private, 65 sq. m.swimming pool, 1 - 2,4 m. deep.

- Outdoor jacuzzi next to the pool  (The pool and jacuzzi can also be heated upon advance request for a minimum of 7 days, with an additional charge.)

- The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, so you can enjoy sunbathing at your comfort.

- A lounging spot witha built-in bench and pillows, as well as an outdoor sitting area with sofas and armchairs are available beside the pool, for relaxation.

- A shaded pavilion with an outdoor dining table for 14 guests, ideal for al fresco dining, where one can enjoy eating and drinking during the day.

- The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful lawn-covered garden, ideal for children to play. A playground for our young guests is also available, offering swings and a slide. 

- Fully equipped gas barbecue, ideal for preparing homemade meals.

- Parking space for up to six cars inside the Villa premises.

- The whole outdoor area is fully fenced, offering total privacy to our guests.
