A set of glass doors opens directly to the inviting pool, allowing a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The indoor dining area, designed for six, provides an elegant setting for meals, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts a convenient island counter with four stools. Additionally, a well-appointed WC and a storage room housing a washing machine can be found on the ground floor.

First Floor

On the first floor, guests can find two bedrooms.

The first bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80x2.00) that can be formed upon request as two single beds (0.90x2.00), and it includes a 32-inch TV, an open closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The room also opens up to a private balcony with a seating area, offering a scenic sea view overlooking the pool.

The second bedroom boasts a King-size bed (1.80x2.00) with a top mattress, a 32-inch TV, and a wardrobe. It also comes with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower cabin and a private balcony with a seating area, providing a splendid sea view that extends over the pool.

Attic

Following the stairs to the attic, guests can find the third bedroom, offering a King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00), 32’’ TV, open closet, and en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The attic opens up to a spacious veranda equipped with a seating area, also enjoying the beautiful sea vistas and the surrounding area. 

All bedrooms and areas are equipped with built-in air conditioning systems, controlled via wall-mounted panels. The attic bedroom has its own independent A/C unit, operated by a remote control.
