Ground Floor 

As you enter Black Rock, you are immediately captivated by the expansive open-plan living and kitchen area, thoughtfully designed for both style and comfort. 

The space offers two distinct living rooms, each with its own unique charm. One features a plush sofa and a warming electric fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings, while the other is designed for ultimate relaxation, with a 65” Smart TV, two SONOS Bluetooth Speakers, and luxurious recliner chairs. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end BOSCH appliances, a wine cooler, and a built-in espresso machine with WiFi access, ensuring that self-catering is effortless and stress-free. The 2 island bars, each featuring three stools, invite you to savor your morning coffee in style. A standout feature is the kitchen's transparent glass partition wall, offering both privacy and separation from the villa's common areas. An elegant dining table comfortably seats up to 10 guests and provides direct access to the pool and BBQ area for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Additionally, the ground floor includes an additional space for kitchen appliances and storage, which could also serve as a pantry and a convenient half-bathroom.

Villa Black Rock also offers an elevator, providing easy access to all floors.

First Floor

As you ascend the beautifully designed staircase to the first floor, you'll find a designated office space, perfect for catching up on work, as well as the first bedroom. All bedrooms offer electric blinds, and blackout curtains for your convenience and comfort. 

Bedroom 1: This spacious haven boasts a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom featuring both a stand-up shower, two toilets, and a bathtub. It also offers three walk-in closets, a vanity,  and a 65” TV. Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the views of the vibrant avenue below. 

Second Floor

Continuing to the second floor, you’ll discover an additional lounging area with a plush sofa and a 65” TV, providing a perfect spot to unwind.

Bedroom 2: This elegant room features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with both a stand-up shower and a bathtub. It also offers a vanity and a floor-to-ceiling closet. Step outside onto your private balcony, where you can relax in the four-seat jacuzzi, and a seating area, making it the ultimate space for relaxation.

Lower Floor

The lower floor, accessible only via the villa's elevator, is the perfect space for entertainment and admiration. This floor features a stylish lounge area with sofas, an island bar with four stools, a Marshall speaker, and a 65” Smart TV. 

A true highlight of the space is the captivating vehicles—a Porsche, a Jeep, and a motorbike—adding a touch of sophistication to the ambiance. Step back in time with the iconic 1987 Williams FIRE! Pinball Machine, is a collector’s gem that brings vintage arcade magic to your stay. With its firehouse theme, classic sound effects, and fast-paced gameplay, this fully functional piece of gaming history promises endless fun and nostalgia. This space also features a professional pool table, a foosball table, and a handmade chess board, for you to enjoy. This space also features an additional office desk. 

The fitness area is equipped with TRX equipment, a punching bag for boxing enthusiasts, a rowing machine, dumbbells, yoga mats, and blocks. This area also features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a steam bar, offering an ideal space for unwinding after a workout.

The laundry room features an LG dryer, two Samsung washers, a sink, an electric steam board, and ample counter space for added convenience. Adjacent to this space, is a convenient kitchenette, with a refrigerator, a NEFF stovetop, and sink. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom provides a sense of independence, for your group with its own private outdoor entrance. It features a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, a single electric hob, a microwave, an electric kettle, a filter coffee machine, and an island with two stools. The room also includes a queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a 55” Smart TV, a seating area, and a floor-to-ceiling closet. Just like the other bedrooms, it offers access to the outdoor area, blending privacy with convenience.

Bedroom 4: This room is perfect for those who appreciate space and flexibility. It features two separate areas, each with a twin-size bed (0.80m x 2.00m). The room also includes an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a floor-to-ceiling closet, and a 32” Smart TV. This bedroom could be used for a guest’s personal staff member, if applicable. 

Outdoor area

The exterior of Villa Black Rock  covers 535 m2 and offers many facilities including:

- A private, 60 sq.m. ecological swimming pool using salt water electrolysis, 1.5 m deep with step access. 

- The pool area is equipped with two sunbeds and a poolside shower. 

- BBQ area fully equipped with a Gas grill, a mini fridge, and a sink, perfectly positioned under a shaded pergola.

- Parking space for 1 car inside the villa’s garage. The garage also features an ORION MIDI car charger.
