Upon entering Villa Ouranos, you’re welcomed into a bright open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room features a plush sofa (0.80m x 2.00m) that can host an additional guest, a 55” TV, a cozy fireplace, and a SONY Bluetooth speaker. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances—ideal for effortless, self-catered meals. A convenient half-bathroom is also located on this level. From this space, glass doors lead directly to the pool terrace, where breathtaking views of the infinity pool and sparkling sea unfold before you. 

The first bedroom on the ground floor features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, self-controlled A/C, a vanity with mirror, a safe deposit box,  and a unique flip-down 44” ceiling TV. Enjoy direct access to the pool terrace, waking up to dazzling views of the Cretan Sea.

Top Floor

The top floor is dedicated to relaxation and indulgence, boasting a private jacuzzi with six hydromassage jets. Whether it’s sunrise or sunset, the endless horizon of blue creates a mesmerizing backdrop for your soak.

Lower Floor 

On the lower floor, you’ll find a private sauna—spacious enough for your group to unwind together—as well as an adjacent stand-up shower to complete the spa-like experience.

Also on this floor is a fully equipped laundry room, featuring a BOSCH dryer and LG washing machine for your convenience.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m) that can be joined together to form a king (1.80m x 2.00m) upon request. This space also includes a private balcony, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and stand-up shower, a unique flip-down 44” ceiling TV, a ceiling fan, a self-controlled A/C, a vanity with a mirror, and a closet.

Outdoor area

The exterior of Villa Ouranos covers 53 m2 and offers many facilities including:

- A private, 20 sq.m. infinity swimming pool, with 1.4 m deep and utilizing saltwater electrolysis providing a more natural and refreshing swimming experience. The pool can also be heated at an additional daily charge, upon request. 

- The pool area is equipped with 3 sun beds, two poof loungers, a poolside shower, and one umbrella.

- GRILLMASTER gas BBQ grill with a single gas hob, under a shaded pergola

- Parking space for 2 cars inside the villa premises.
