This 220m² villa spans two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, with the option for a 9th if needed. Ideally situated just 3 km from Rethymno town and its sandy beaches, the villa enjoys elevated views of the surrounding gorge, olive trees, and the distant sea. It's the perfect spot for a peaceful holiday, combining tranquility with convenient access to local attractions.

Ground Floor

The entrance of Akira Villa leads you to the open-plan space with seamless outdoor access. The living room features, a cozy seating area complemented by the open fireplace facing the comfortable sofas, and the adjacent dining table for 6 is perfect for family dinners. The living room also features a 50’’ smart TV with Netflix (villa’s account), Playstation, Bluetooth speaker, and board games,  ideal for relaxing with your loved ones.

The room opens up to the pool terrace and enables indoor-outdoor access. On your left, you can find the fully equipped and modernly furnished kitchen in white color, featuring high-quality built-in appliances, providing all the essentials for a self-catered holiday. The kitchen also offers an extra dining table for 4. 

Furthermore, two bedrooms can be found on this level. 

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features, a 1,60 X 2,00 bed, a 32’’ smart TV with Netflix (villa’s account), a safety box, a large wardrobe, a self-controlled A/C and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub, 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is equipped with two single beds (0,90 X 2,00) and a self-controlled A/C, and an en-suite bathroom with a sink and a shower. Next to this bedroom, guests can find the utility room, offering the washing machine, clothes dryer, and access to the parking space.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, guests can find the remaining two bedrooms of Akira Villa. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a 1,60 X 2,00 bed, a self-controlled A/C, a 32’’ smart TV with Netflix (villa’s account), a vanity, a big closet, and opens up to a balcony equipped with patio furniture, where you can enjoy your coffee and the view. 

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features 2 single beds (0,90 X 2,00) that can also be joined together to form a queen bed (1,80 X 2,00), a self-controlled A/C, and access to a private balcony. Last but not least, an additional bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub that can be entered from both bedrooms is available on this floor.

The exterior of Villa Akira  covers 1.000m2 and offers many facilities including:
