Down the hall, you will find the first bedroom. This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a closet with a safe deposit box, a 43” TV, a vanity with a mirror, and direct access to a 6-seat hot tub, along with a shallow pool.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor of the villa, you will find two bedrooms.

The second bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a closet with a safe deposit box, a 43” Samsung TV, a vanity with a mirror, and a private balcony to enjoy the stunning sea views.

Lower Floor 

Descending to the lower floor, you will find the fitness space, a cinema room, and the final bedroom. 

The fitness space features a treadmill, dumbbells, an elliptical, yoga mats, a weight bench, and a rejuvenating 6-seat sauna for optimal relaxation. Strolling along, you will find the perfectly detailed cinema room. This space is perfect for family movie nights, with a large sofa, a Samsung projector, a PlayStation 5, and high-end 5.1 digital Atmos speakers, for the ultimate cinema experience. The lower floor also features a laundry room with a BOSCH washer and dryer, along with a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. 

Finally, the fourth bedroom of the villa features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), which can be set up as two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) upon request. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a closet with a safe deposit box, a 43” Samsung TV, a vanity with a mirror, and a picturesque planted cour d’Anglaise courtyard.

Outdoor Area

The exterior of the villa covers 680 sqm and offers many facilities, including:

- An ecological private, uses electrolysis , 40sq m. swimming pool, 0.30m-1.4m deep with step access using saltwater electrolysis. The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge. The shallow part of the pool can also be used as a children’s pool. 

- A second shallow pool situated outside of the first bedroom on the ground floor with a 6-seat hot tub.

- The pool area is equipped with 3 double-sized in-pool sun beds and two poof loungers. 

- Outdoor kitchen with a Broil King gas BBQ, with a single gas hob, ice maker, sink, and a refrigerator beneath a bioclimate pergola with a fan. 

- Οutdoor dining  area for 8 guests under a shaded pergola

- A Bioethanol firepit surrounded by a cushioned seating area.
