Stepping into the villa, you’ll be welcomed by an open-plan living and kitchen area bathed in natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room features a 50” Smart TV and a PlayStation 5 for endless entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the modern appliances you need for a self-catered holiday, while the large central island, with six stools, serves as the perfect spot for casual dining or your morning coffee.

The ground floor hosts two of the villa’s four bedrooms. Both offer King-size beds that can be converted into twin beds upon request. Each bedroom includes self-controlled air conditioning, a vanity with a mirror, and direct access to the pool area. A shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this floor. All bathrooms are stocked with premium AVEA products for an indulgent self-care experience.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms.

The master bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a spacious open closet, self-controlled air conditioning, and a private balcony overlooking serene surroundings.

The fourth bedroom also offers a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), convertible into two twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m) upon request. It includes an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony.

Lower Floor

The lower floor features a private gym equipped with a cross trainer, multigym, elliptical machine, ab coaster, yoga mats, and an exercise ball, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine during your stay. This level also includes a private garage space for one car.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area has large gardens planted with indigenous plants and trees, and an extensive lawn in front of the pool area, providing the perfect space in which to play or relax. The outdoor facilities include:

- 30 sq. m. private heated swimming pool (1,6 m depth) with steps for easy access. The pool can be heated, with an additional daily charge, upon request.
