First Floor

This refined first-floor ensemble at SeaSilia Luxury Villa seamlessly blends functionality with panoramic views, ensuring an enchanting and comfortable stay for discerning guests. Here guests can find three more bedrooms.

- The master bedroom features a 1.60 X 2.00 bed, complemented by a ceiling fan, A/C, and walk-in closet, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The private balcony beckons, offering sweeping vistas of the sea and the meticulously landscaped garden. 

- Another bedroom on this level provides versatility, with two single beds (0.90 X 2.00) easily joined to form a queen-size bed (1.80 X 2.00), adorned with a top mattress. An open closet and A/C add to the room's functionality.

- The third bedroom, featuring a single bed (1.10 X 2.00), is equipped with a wardrobe and A/C.

The latter two bedrooms share a balcony that overlooks the rear part of the garden and the inviting pool terrace, offering a glimpse of the sea.

- A shared bathroom featuring double sinks and a tasteful shower cabin is also available.

- An adjacent laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience is also located on the first floor.

Outdoor area

The exterior of SeaSilia luxury Villa covers 1.300 m2 and in the evening, you can sit on the terrace and watch the sun dip below the horizon, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink. The amenities of the terrace include:

- A private, 40 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,5 m deep with step access. The pool can also be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge, upon request.

- The pool also features a special compartment for children, 0,5 m deep.

- The pool area is equipped with 8 sun beds, 2 bean bag loungers, side tables, a poolside shower, and 2 umbrellas.
