Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen awaits, featuring state-of-the-art FRANKE appliances, and an island with 4 stools.  This floor also features a half bathroom, for added convenience. 

First Floor

Climb the modernly crafted staircase to the first floor, where you'll discover two serene bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, self-controlled air conditioning, and an open closet. Step out onto the charming balcony to soak in views of the Old Town’s timeless architecture and the majestic Fortezza Castle.

The second bedroom is equally inviting, featuring two twin beds (0.90 x 2.00), a stand-up shower with a sink, self-controlled air conditioning, and an open closet.
