The 220 m2 property offers 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms and up to 10 guests if necessary.

Indoor Layout 

Left Building: 

Stepping in, you will find an open space area featuring, the living room, the kitchen, and the dining table. With its combination of stylish decor, modern amenities, and excellent location, Villa Porto Cali is a place where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing around the island.

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances makes a self-catered holiday seem effortless and smooth. The living room features a 55“ TV with satellite connection, Netflix,  a comfortable corner sofa, and a wood fireplace. The dining table can comfortably seat up to 6 guests and 2 bar stools are also located by the kitchen island. Also, on the same floor, there is a bathroom with a double vanity with a stand-up shower. 

On the ground floor of this building, you will find the first Queen-sized (1,60 x 2,00)  bedroom with direct access to the pool area. The bedroom features a self-controlled A/C, a 43” TV, and a bathroom located right next to it. Also, on the same floor, there is a bathroom with a double vanity with a stand-up shower. 

Strolling up to the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be joined as a King-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. This room offers a private balcony with a hot tub for 5 people and an amazing sea iew, to embrace the relaxation and calmness you need. Also, the bedroom features a closet, a 43“ TV, and a controlled A/C. The ensuite bathroom features a stand-up shower with a double vanity.

Right Building:

Walking into the right building of Porto Cali Villa you are welcomed by the natural lighting coming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows which feature, electric blinds for your ease of use, as well as self-controlled lighting, to create the ambiance you crave. This open space, features the living room, the main kitchen, and the dining table. The fully equipped ample spaced kitchen, with all modern appliances, provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals with your loved ones. 

This single-story building features 2 bedrooms, located on the ground floor with direct outdoor access. 

The first bedroom offers a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a self-controlled A/C, a closet, a 55” TV, and a bathroom located right next to it.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds (0,90 x 2,00)  joined together to form a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) with direct access to the outdoor area. You will also find an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a standup shower, an open closet, a 55” TV, and a self-controlled A/C.

All bathrooms feature KORRESS products for the ultimate self-care, while all the bedrooms feature blackout curtains & mosquito nets.  

Outdoor area

The exterior of Villa Porto Cali  covers 350 m2 and offers many facilities, including:

- A private, 52 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.40 m deep. The pool can also be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge, upon request. 

- The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, and a poolside shower

- Fully equipped barbecue facilities with a charcoal grill under a shaded pergola

- Οutdoor dining  area for 10 guests under a shaded pergola
