Layout

The 250 sqm main space features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms. The open-plan living and dining space offers direct access to the pool area, enhancing the seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. The living room features a 43” TV, a fireplace, a ceiling fan, and a self-controlled A/C. The dining table comfortably seats up to 8 guests, and the pool and surrounding landscape provide the perfect backdrop, while you enjoy heartfelt moments with your loved ones.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), a ceiling fan, as well as a self-controlled AC, window shutters and nets, and a spacious closet.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features two single beds (1.00 m x 2.00 m). It also has a ceiling fan, window shutters and nets, a self-controlled A/C, and a spacious closet.

Τhis building also features a full bathroom with a double sink and a standup shower. All bathrooms provide KORRES products, for the ultimate self-care.

Bedroom 3: This spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink and a standup shower. This bedroom also features a full-length mirror, a spacious closet with a safe deposit box, window shutters and nets, and a ceiling fan as well as a self-controlled A/C & desk.

The remaining two bedrooms are both detached from the main building and feature their own private entrance.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom is detached from the main building and features its own private entrance. This bedroom includes a bunk bed (1.00m x 2.00m each), and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also features a  TV, a ceiling fan, window shutters and nets, and a self-controlled A/C.

Bedroom 5: This bedroom is also detached from the main building, on the first, and features its own private entrance. It includes two single beds (1.00 m x 2.00 m), joining together,  and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also includes a self-controlled A/C, a ceiling fan, window shutters, and nets.
