Mavi Beachfront Villa is designed for a relaxed, car-free holiday. It’s within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops, and only a few steps from a beautiful sandy beach. The 3-bedroom villa covers 110 m² and comfortably hosts up to 6 guests in beds (7 if needed). Thoughtful details, a bright summer feel, and warm décor help you settle into holiday mode the moment you arrive.
Layout
As you enter, you’ll find an open-plan space that brings together the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Soft whites, natural wood, and large windows create a calm, airy atmosphere with plenty of natural light throughout the day.
The living area includes two comfortable sofas, a 55” HDTV with Netflix, a PlayStation 5, a coffee table, and an open fireplace. The dining area features a wooden table for 6 and a breakfast counter for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy time together. Both the living room and kitchen open onto a furnished veranda.
Two bedrooms offer twin beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) that can be joined to form king-size beds if preferred. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a second family bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor area
The 450 m² outdoor space offers everything you need for a laid-back holiday:
-A 32 m² private swimming pool (heatable on request).
Minimum depth: 1.10 m | Maximum depth: 1.40 m. Pool heating is available for the entire stay with at least one week’s notice and an additional daily cost.
-Outdoor shower, sunbeds, umbrellas, a shaded gazebo, and a cozy outdoor lounge.
-Fully equipped charcoal BBQ with outdoor sink, plus a Weber gas BBQ.
-Outdoor dining table for 6.
-A small playground with swings and a slide for younger guests.
-Portable sunbeds and umbrellas you can take to the beach.
-Private parking within the property.
