Ground Floor 

Stepping into the ground floor, you are welcomed by an open-plan space filled with natural light and uninterrupted sea views streaming through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area features a comfortable sofa, a JBL portable speaker, and a 60” HDTV, creating a relaxing spot to unwind. Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen offers all modern appliances and plenty of space for effortless cooking. At the heart of the room sits a dining table that comfortably seats up to seven guests.

This level also hosts three bedrooms. Each one is designed with comfort in mind, featuring Sealy mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. All bathrooms include AVEA amenities, offering a touch of luxury to your daily routine. Two full bathrooms with stand-up showers serve this floor.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a 32” TV, self-controlled A/C, an open closet, and direct access to the outdoor area.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), a 32” HDTV, a self-controlled A/C, a cozy fireplace, and direct access to the pool area.

First Floor

Ascending the beautifully designed staircase, you’ll reach the remaining two bedrooms along with access to a balcony. 

Bedroom 4: This master bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, a walk-in closet with safe deposit box, a 50” HDTV, and access to a large balcony with sweeping views.

Bedroom 5: This bedroom includes a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a 32” HDTV, and an open closet.

The 3,000 m² outdoor area of Paul’s Mansion is thoughtfully designed to offer a variety of relaxing and entertaining spaces, all with panoramic views of the sea, Souda Bay, and the surrounding hills. More specifically, the outdoor features include:

-65 m² private swimming pool (1.50 m deep). The pool can also be heated upon request with an additional charge per day.
