Amara Villa III is a three-story beachfront residence spanning 210 sq.m, thoughtfully designed in a chic, minimalist holiday style. Every detail has been carefully curated with our guests' comfort in mind, showcasing high-quality design and premium furnishings throughout. The villa comfortably accommodates 6 guests across its 3 spacious bedrooms, with the flexibility to host up to 8 if needed.

Amara Villa III is perfectly situated for a car-free holiday, with a sandy beach just 100 meters away, complete with private sunbeds exclusively for our guests. All essential amenities are within easy walking distance, making daily needs effortless, while the beautiful area of Rethymno and its picturesque Old Town are just 3 km away.

Indoor Layout - Ground Floor

Reaching the ground floor, you will find a cozy, open-plan area consisting of the living room and kitchen, and one bedroom. The living area provides two comfortable sofas, a 49’’ HDTV, as well as a pool view and direct access to a veranda. Furthermore, the fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler and indoor dining area provides all the necessary appliances and equipment for your self-catered vacation. 

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. This bedroom also features a self-controlled A/C and a 32" HDTV. 

First Floor

After ascending a few stairs, guests can find the second bedroom with a Queen-size bed(1,60 X 2,00 m), which offers an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, as well as access to a balcony equipped with patio furniture and a large veranda. 

Lower Floor

Descending to the lower level, guests will find a playroom, a gym, and the last bedroom. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bedroom also features a self-controlled A/C and a 32" HDTV.

The playroom featuring a 49" HDTV with Netflix, a PlayStation 4, a Bluetooth speaker, board games, and a comfortable sofa, will offer many pleasant moments to you and your loved ones. This area also features access to the pool terrace through a staircase. 

Also, the sauna, static bike, treadmill, and two yoga mats will help you keep in shape during your holiday. Additionally, an extra bathroom with a shower cabin can be found on this level. Finally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available.

Outdoor Area

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area and the pool terrace are fully fenced, offering total privacy to our guests. More specifically, our outdoor facilities include:


- 50 sq. m. private swimming pool (1,50 m. deep) featuring a special compartment for children (0,50 m. deep). The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge. (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay, and it requires at least one week's advance notice.)

- 3 comfortable double day beds and umbrellas

- Shaded gazebo with outdoor living room next to the pool

- A ping pong table and 3 bicycles are also available
