Acorn Villa is a single-story 200 sq.m. residence with high-quality finishes throughout, offering spectacular views of the sea and mountains! It is situated on a private 12-acre plot on the outskirts of Rethymno city, adjacent to the villages of Gallos and Atsipopoulo.

Furnished with stylish romantic touches, the villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people in its 4 bedrooms. Acorn Villa has a unique advantage that will make you feel like you're immersed in nature while still being close to everything! The property faces the Cretan Sea and is located just 6.5 km away from the organized sandy beach of Rethymno.

Indoor layout

Entering the villa there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 55'' smart TV with Netflix, PlayStation 3, and a fireplace.  The indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top-quality fixtures and appliances make a self-catered holiday seem effortless. From the living room area, there is direct access to the main veranda, the pool area, and the garden. Additionally on the side of the veranda is the gym area includes table tennis and table football. Our gym area has a wide collection of fitness equipment such as steps, a treadmill, and ABS equipment.

As you walk down the hallway, you'll come across a spacious office area and four inviting bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature king-size beds and private en-suite bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms are configured with three single beds—two located on the main level, while the third is tucked away in the attic for a cozy retreat. In addition to the en-suites, there are two more bathrooms conveniently located near the bedrooms: one is the main bathroom, complete with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, and the other offers a modern shower.

Outdoor area

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- 40 sq. m swimming pool with a small water slide. Also, the pool area can be isolated with a gate and features a pool alarm system for children's safety.

- One of the unique features of the villa is the independent barbecue house located next to the pool and garden area. The house has a charcoal barbecue, a wood oven, a kitchenette with 3 hobs, and refrigerator, a dining table, a sitting area, and an outdoor bathroom with a shower. The house maximizes your comfort while you are in the garden or the pool area, or simply enjoy your meal in the garden.

- An outdoor playground for kids under the shade of the oak trees.

- The ping pong, football table, bicycles, and small basketball court will keep the whole family entertained for hours.
