Panoramic sea views. Set atop the Cretan sea, Royal Garden Villas are a surreal paradise, taking advantage of their location by offering sweeping views of the sea and the village of Bali. The buildings are clad in a white facade, matching perfectly with Aegean blue colour and offering impressive unobstructed views.
Furnished in stylish touches, the Rose Villa offers a perfect layout to maximize views. Offering quick access to Bali beach, the two-storey villa can accommodate 6 people in beds and up to 7 people if it is necessary.
Indoor layout
Entering the villa from the main entrance on the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) and the other one with two single beds (0.80 x 2.00), which can be transformed to be a Queen-size one if required. There is also a bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
Reaching the ground floor through a staircase, there is an open plan area consisting of a living room area with a sofa, satellite 55” HDTV satellite including Netflix, PlayStation 4, a dining area, and a fully equipped functional kitchen. From the living room area, you have direct access to the pool area, which offers exceptional panoramic views of the Cretan sea. The ground floor hosts the master bedroom with a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower. There is also another bathroom with a shower located on the same floor.
All the bedrooms offer sea views, a TV, an air-condition, a closet, and access to the outdoor area or the balconies.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- A 30 sq. m infinity swimming pool with pool alarm system for child safety.
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue area with a sink
- Dining table for 6 people next to the pool.
- Table tennis
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs) for relaxing in the garden and balconies around the villa.
