Ground Floor

Upon stepping into the ground floor, you will find a bright and welcoming open-plan living space. The main living room is furnished with two sofas and equipped with a 55” smart HDTV with Netflix and a Bluetooth speaker, while offering direct access to the ground-floor pool and a spacious veranda that serves as an additional outdoor seating area with beautiful views of the Cretan Sea. The indoor dining area also opens onto the veranda, allowing guests to enjoy the sea vistas while dining. Adjacent to this is a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and a convenient breakfast counter, with direct access to the rear garden and parking area. A guest WC is also located on this level for added convenience.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms along with a veranda providing extra outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The first bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a 43” HDTV, a closet, a dressing table, air conditioning, a safe, a suitcase stand and a private balcony furnished with patio furniture, offering beautiful views.

The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00m) that can be joined with an upper mattress to form a king-size bed upon request, It also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower,  a 43” HDTV, a closet, a dressing table, air conditioning, a safe, a suitcase stand and also features a private furnished balcony. 

Lower Floor

Descending to the lower floor, you will find a second spacious open-plan area that includes a living space furnished with a corner sofa, a 55” smart HDTV with Netflix, and a PS4 gaming console, with direct access to the large pool terrace and outdoor dining area. An additional fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter, along with a washer and dryer, is also located on this floor. 

The third bedroom features two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king (1.80m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin featuring a hydromassage column, a 43” HDTV, a closet, a dressing table, air conditioning, a safe,  a suitcase stand and direct access to the lower-level pool. 

The fourth bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin featuring a hydromassage column. It also features a 43” HDTV, a closet, a dressing table, air conditioning, a safe, a suitcase stand and direct access to the lower-level pool. 

The third and fourth bedrooms are interconnecting, making them especially convenient for families with children.

The fifth bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin featuring a hydromassage column. It also features a 43” HDTV, a closet, a dressing table, air conditioning, a safe, a suitcase stand and direct access to the lower-level pool. 

The sixth bedroom features two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king (1.80m x 2.00m) upon request. Outdoor Area 

The 1300 m2 outdoor area offers two levels.

Main Level:

- A 30m2, private swimming pool (1,35 - 1,55 m deep). The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge. 

- Surrounding the pool are 8 comfortable sun beds, an outdoor shower, and 4 umbrellas.

- Private parking space for 3 cars inside the Villa premises with a gate.

- Rear garden with lawn

- Private entrance that provides access to the rear garden and ground floor of the Villa.

Lower Level

- A 60m2, private swimming pool (1,35 - 1,55 m deep).  The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge. 

- Surrounding the pool are 8 comfortable sun beds, an outdoor shower, and 4 umbrellas.

- Outdoor sitting area with a corner sofa next to the pool.

- Big areas with lawn and flowers around the pool, ideal for the children to play.

- Fully equipped gas BBQ facilities and a dining table for 12 guests.

- Ping pong table.
