Ground Floor
Step inside to discover a spacious open-plan living area that seamlessly merges with a fully equipped kitchen. Cozy up by the fireplace on large, inviting sofas while enjoying satellite TV. Adjacent to this, a generously sized dining table accommodates over 10 guests. Also on this floor, you'll find a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms – one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The living area opens up to a sprawling, roofed veranda complete with a dining table, offering the perfect setting for al fresco dining and enjoying beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area.
First Floor
Ascend the wide wooden staircase to reach the first floor, where you'll find four additional bedrooms, all furnished with double beds. The main bedroom boasts an en-suite toilet, and there's also a luxurious main bathroom featuring a hydromassage bathtub. Each bedroom on this floor has access to its own balcony or the outdoors, with the dynamic sea view from the first-floor balcony offering truly breathtaking vistas.
Outdoor area
Villa Aetos features a spacious outdoor area with a private pool, lush gardens, and a shaded patio for leisurely outdoor enjoyment.More specifically the outdoor facilities include:
