Located in a peaceful village of Zouridi, the newly built one-storey 145 sq. m villa offers the best comforts to our guests. A key feature of villa Evgoron is its design with all the necessary specifications for people with disabilities. The villa is architecturally designed to be a single-storey which enable the easy access inside the house and also there are specific facilities for wheelchair uses such as a bathroom with a chair and railings. Moreover, outdoor area has ramps to access to the house and around the pool area smoothly.
The Villa can accommodate 4 people in beds and up to 6 people if it is necessary.
Indoor layout
Entering the villa and as you go through the hall way there are 2 double bedrooms, both with direct access to the pool area. Then there is a bathroom with shower which is fully designed to be accessible with a wheelchair. Additionally a WC is found in the same area.
After the hall way there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with large sofas and a 32” HDTV with Netflix. Additionally for the more athletic types there is a treadmill in the same area. The large window from the living room area leads you to the outdoor terrace, garden and pool. Next to the open plan living room area there is a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 40 sq. m swimming pool with child pool
- Fully equipped barbecue area
- An outdoor dining table with views to the pool and the surrounding landscape
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs) for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa
- Parking space for 4 cars.
- The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.
