Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area featuring a comfortable large sofa, fireplace, 55” satellite HDTV, Apple TV, Netflix, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality fixtures and modern appliances. Large folding doors seamlessly connect the interior with the outdoor area, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor living experience overlooking the swimming pool and outdoor dining space.
This level also includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
First Floor
A staircase leads to the first floor, where the villa’s two bedrooms are located. One bedroom features a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), while the second offers two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, 32” HDTVs, wardrobes, and private balconies. A stylish bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower completes this floor.
