Furnished in a combination of stylish and luxurious touches, the villa offers a perfect layout to maximize both space and views. It can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 if necessary.

Layout - Ground Floor:

Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of a living room area with a sofa, satellite 50” HDTV, a Playstation 4, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality fixtures and appliances. From the living room area, you have direct access to a veranda which offers exceptional panoramic views of the Cretan sea and the nearby beach. There is also a WC located on the same floor.

The ground floor hosts a bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bed can be transformed to be 2 single beds if needed.

First Floor 

Reaching the first floor through a staircase or an elevator, there are 2 bedrooms with a king bed, a sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom. One of the en-suite bathrooms has a shower, and the other one has a shower and a Jacuzzi.

Loft

Reaching the second floor (loft) through the staircase or the elevator, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, which can also be transformed to be a double bed if needed. All the bedrooms offer views of the sea from any angle, HDTV, mini bar fridge, air-conditioning, closet, and access to an outdoor area or balconies. Additionally, all the floors are connected by elevator, which offers a perfect holiday layout in order to maximise the comfort.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.

More specifically, our outdoor facilities include:
