Located on the outskirts of Rethymno, in the traditional village of Agios Konstantinos, Villa Lambros is nestled within nature and surrounded by vibrant, lush gardens. Layout

Stepping into the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room features two sofas and a Smart TV, while the kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a dining table comfortably seating up to six guests. 

The ground floor also features a bedroom with two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) joined together, a Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C, and a spacious closet. The ground floor also features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. 

First Floor 

Ascending to the first floor, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each feature a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and one bedroom features two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m). The first floor also features a full bathroom with a bathtub. 

Outdoor Area:

The outdoor area of the villa features a lovely, planted garden with vibrant and lush flowers and trees. More specifically, the outdoor area includes: 

-A 30 m² private swimming pool with sun beds, poof loungers and umbrellas. The swimming pool is partly separated into a shallow area for children.

-A charcoal barbecue and dining area next to it to enjoy an open-air meal. 

-Parking is available for four cars.
