The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate 6 people in beds and up to 8 people.
The layout of our villa:
On the ground floor, there is a spacious open living room with all the amenities you might need! Adjacent to the living room are the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with utensils for up to 12 people. Additionally, there is one bedroom with 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor, there are the rest of the bedrooms, 1 Queen size room (1,60 x 2,00) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00) each. Also, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet is on the first floor.
Outdoor area:
The villa has a large outdoors include garden, private parking and swimming pool. A 30 m² private swimming pool is also in the garden with sun beds and umbrellas. The swimming pool is partly separated to be a shallow area for children.
In the lovely planted garden, there is a charcoal barbecue and dining area next to it, it is a perfect environment to enjoy an open air meal!
The villa is close to the village centre of Agios Konstantinos where you can find shops, cafes and traditional taverns, however, the villa is located in an isolated area which you are guaranteed to have total privacy and enjoy your holidays being away from all!
