Layout

Ground Floor

The independent ground-floor apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60 × 2.00 m). A second bedroom with a bunk bed is also on the same level.

First Floor

On the first floor there is an open plan area consisted of living room and a kitchen. The living area features a comfortable sofa, an open fireplace, a 50’’ HDTV, and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday and has direct access to the outdoor dining area with gas barbecue facilities and the pool. The first floor also features a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined upon request) and direct outdoor access, along with an additional bathroom complete with a shower, double sinks, and a washing machine

Second Floor

A staircase leads to the second floor, where the master bedroom is located. The room features a Queen-size bed (1,60X2,00) and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, as well as an exit to the large veranda with a pergola.

Outdoor area

The spacious and beautifully landscaped outdoor of the Villa offers beautiful views of the sea and a variety of facilities, which include:


- A private, 50 sq. m swimming pool with 1.5-2 m depth.

- Fully equipped gas barbecue under a pergola

- Spacious veranda on the second floor with an outdoor sitting area and amazing sea views

- Shaded outdoor dining table by the pool
