Nestled on the brow of a steep slope, the villa boasts exceptional views that dominate the surrounding absolute green landscape.

Villa Nikolaos can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests in its 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms, covering an area of 130m2. The ground floor of the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals, and an inviting living room area complete with a 50’’ smart TV, Bluetooth speaker. Additionally, a convenient WC with a washing machine is available on this level.

A charming wooden internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find the delightful two bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with A/C and central heating (radiator), ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay in any season. If needed, we can arrange for an extra bed to be placed in one of the bedrooms. Moreover, the first floor boasts a spacious veranda, spanning 40 sq. meters, where you can enjoy the refreshing outdoors and scenic views.

The outdoor area of the Villa covers 1300 sq. meters, featuring:

- A 32 sq. meter swimming pool. It is situated in the best spot, offering an amazing view of the surroundings. The pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and seating areas for your comfort.

- Barbeque facilities with charcoal grill and outdoor dining table for al fresco dining

- A garden with roses and various flowers, large carob trees, stone-built terraces with grapevines and fruit trees, and vegetable gardens where you can learn how to cultivate vegetables! Moreover, you can even use the freshly harvested produce when preparing your meals during your stay! The spacious gardens also offer ample chance for kids to play around!
