This spacious 180 sq.m. villa features four beautifully appointed bedrooms and comfortably hosts up to 8 guests, or 9 upon request. Designed with modern living in mind, Lynx Villa combines stylish amenities, a prime location close to all essential services, and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape from every angle. 

Layout

As you step into the villa, you’re welcomed by a bright and airy open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room is outfitted with a 65” TCL TV, a CRYSTAL AUDIO Bluetooth speaker with a microphone and a cozy corner sofa—perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the modern appliances you need for a comfortable self-catered holiday. At the heart of the space is a dining table that seats up to 8 guests. Floor-to-ceiling doors let in plenty of natural light and provide direct access to the pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

The first bedroom features a queen size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bedroom also features, a 43” TCL TV, a closet, a self controlled A/C, blackout curtains and window nets, as well as direct access to the pool area and sea views. 

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bedroom also features a 43” TCL TV, a closet, a self-controlled A/C, blackout curtains, and window nets, as well as a private balcony to enjoy the sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. 

The third bedroom features a queen size bed (1.60m 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stadup shower. This bedroom also features, a 43” TCL TV, a closet, a self controlled A/C, blackout curtains and window nets, as well as direct access to the pool area.

The ground floor also features a half bathroom, and a WHIRLPOOL washer and dryer, for added convenience. 

Guest House 

The guest house is detached from the main building and features its own private entrance. 

This space is designed to provide the privacy you may wish to have amongst your group. It features a queen-sized bed (1.60m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a convenient kitchenette including a mini fridge and an electric kettle. Furthermore, this space includes a sofa bed (1.30 x 1.90) for the 9th guest, a  43” TCL TV, a closet, a self-controlled A/C, blackout curtains and window nets, and direct access to the pool area with stretching sea views. 

Outdoor area

The exterior of Lynx Villa covers 300 m2 and offers many facilities including:

- A private, 50 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.4 m deep with step access. 

- The pool area is equipped with 8 sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower, and 4 umbrellas

- TECHNO GAS BBQ facilities with a single gas hob, a sink, and ample counter and storage space. 

- Οutdoor dining  area for 8 guests under a shaded pergola

- Οutdoor sitting area

- Lawn-covered area for kids to play

- Parking space for 3 cars inside the villa premises.

- The whole villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance that offers security and full privacy to our guests.
