The ground floor of Grand Luxe Villa offers a luxurious and inviting living space. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, along with a bioethanol fireplace, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. Entertainment options abound with a 55'' smart TV equipped with a built-in celling system, board games for some friendly competition, a Bluetooth speaker ''SONI'', and even a PlayStation 5 console. Direct access from the living room leads to a barbecue area, ideal for enjoying outdoor cooking and dining experiences.
