Villa Eris is located in Prines, just a 15-minute drive from Rethymno town. The villa sits on 3,500 m² of land, featuring olive trees and a lawned area. The main veranda offers a seating area with views of the sunset and the surrounding nature. The pool area includes sunbeds, umbrellas, and a barbecue area with seating for 10. The villa itself covers 240 m² of living space.

Ground Floor

Entering the villa, you’ll find an open-plan living and dining area. The air-conditioned living room has a large corner sofa, two poufs, two armchairs, and a coffee table. A 42” Smart TV with Satellite, Netflix, and a PlayStation 4 is also included. A patio door leads to the front veranda and outdoor seating area with a sofa, chairs, and a coffee table. The dining table with padded chairs is next to the lounge, overlooking the pool and countryside through large windows.

The kitchen is located along a corridor, separate from the living room space.  It is equipped with built-in appliances for practical cooking. A door leads to the front veranda, and a window provides views of the garden. A breakfast bar with four stools offers a casual space for drinks or coffee.

The two ground-floor bedrooms are located off the living area and share a bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) on request, air conditioning, a wardrobe with mirrored doors, and a window overlooking the garden. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00), air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a window with garden views. Next to this bedroom is the ground-floor bathroom, which includes a shower, vessel sink, and WC.

First Floor

Stairs from the living area lead to the first floor. The master bedroom is spacious and features a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00), air conditioning, a 42” Smart TV, and a walk-in wardrobe. It also has a balcony with views of the surrounding countryside. The ensuite bathroom includes a corner soaker tub with shower, double sink, hairdryer, and WC.

This floor also has two bedrooms with twin beds (0.90 x 2.00), air conditioning, and wardrobes. They share a large balcony with distant sea and country views. A shared bathroom for the twin bedrooms includes a bath with a shower, sink, mirror, cabinets, and WC. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine on this level.

Outdoor Area

Exiting the lounge leads to the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The terrace has plenty of seating, providing a comfortable space to relax, read, or chat. In the evening, it is a pleasant spot to watch the sunset.

- A private heated pool 50 m² (0.80 – 1.50 m deep) — great for swimming for pleasure or exercise. The pool terrace is spacious with ample sun beds and umbrellas. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (requires advance request at least one week before arrival).

- A glass balcony surrounds the pool, ensuring uninterrupted views of the natural gardens.

- The barbecue area is beside the pool, under a pergola, and includes a gas BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, sink, and all the necessary appliances.
