Set on an expansive 4,000 sq.m. plot, Calma Villa is designed to offer the ultimate holiday experience, combining breathtaking panoramic sea views with the utmost comfort and elegance. This 500 sq.m. property spans three levels and features 8 exquisitely designed bedrooms, one of them being a personnel room, comfortably accommodating 16 guests, with the flexibility to host up to 18 if needed.

Whether you're basking in the sun by the pool, savoring alfresco meals under the pergola, or meandering through vibrant gardens on your way to the shoreline, every moment at Villa Calma is thoughtfully designed to immerse you in the serene beauty of nature.

Layout 

Ground Floor 

As you step into the ground floor, you are welcomed by a stylish and inviting living room, complete with a 65” Smart TV, a plush sofa, and a fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings. The dining area comfortably seats up to 12 guests, offering a breathtaking backdrop of the surrounding landscape and the shimmering sea. Adjacent to this space, the fully equipped kitchen is designed with modern appliances, and a wine cooler, ensuring a seamless and stress-free self-catering experience. This floor also features a half bathroom. 

For ultimate comfort, all bedrooms are appointed with KORESS products and feature electric blinds for privacy and relaxation.

Both ground-floor bedrooms are equipped with King-size beds (1.80m x 2.00m) and ensuite bathrooms, each featuring a spacious stand-up shower. Additional amenities include a closet with a secure safe deposit box, electric blinds, a full-length mirror, and breathtaking views of both the garden and the sea.

First Floor 

Ascending to the first floor, you’ll find a versatile open-plan space featuring a single bed (1.15m x 2.00m) for an additional guest, alongside the master bedroom.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower as well as a bathtub. This bedroom also features, a TV, a walk-in closet with a safe deposit box, a full-length mirror, and a spacious balcony to enjoy the unobstructed views of the meticulously maintained gardens and sea. 

Lower Floor 

Descending to the lower level, you will find a convenient kitchenette, providing a sense of independence for guests, a laundry room with 2 BOSCH washers and dryers, along with the remaining four to five bedrooms.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also features a TV, a closet with a safe deposit box, a full-length mirror, and direct access to the outdoor area. 

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m)  upon request (no top mattress). It also features, a TV,  a closet with a safe deposit box, a full-length mirror, and direct access to the outdoor area. 

The two remaining bedrooms are interconnected and offer access through the outdoor entrance.

Bedroom 6: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also features, a TV, a closet with a safe deposit box, a full-length mirror, and direct access to a Cour Anglaise. 

Bedroom 7: This bedroom can be accessed through the sixth bedroom or directly from the outdoor area and there is a door in between the two bedrooms. It is furnished with two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be combined into a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) upon request (without a top mattress). Additional features include, a TV,  a closet with a safe deposit box, a full-length mirror, and direct access to the outdoor space. 

*Bedroom 8: (STAFF ROOM): This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00m), which can be combined into a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) upon request (without a top mattress), a TV, and a closet with a safe deposit box. Located next to this bedroom is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. 

Outdoor area

- A private, 100 sq.m. swimming pool, starting at 1.2m to 2m depth with step access. 

- The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower and umbrellas
