Layout

The open-plan living area is the heart of the villa and is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. It features a comfortable and lush sofa, a 65” TV, and large sliding doors that open up to the expansive terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

The modern, fully-equipped kitchen offers all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, including high-end appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen also features a washer. The adjacent dining area provides a stylish setting for enjoying meals together, with a large table that seats up to six guests. 

This area also features a bathroom with a stand-up shower. 

Bedroom 1: This bedroom, features a King size bed (1,80x 2,00), an open closet, a 43” TV, a self-controlled A/C, and direct access to the outdoor area.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00), which can be joined together to form a King, upon request. This bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a floor-to-ceiling closet, a self-controlled A/C, and direct access to the outdoor area.

The outdoor area of the Villa boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the crystal-clear waters of Falasarna. The serene and picturesque setting ensures that every moment spent outdoors is infused with the beauty of nature and the tranquility of the sea.

The crown jewel of the outdoor space is the stunning infinity pool, which can be heated upon request. Please note that pool heating is available for the entire stay and requires at least one week's advance notice, with an additional charge. Overlooking the azure waters of Falasarna, the pool offers an unparalleled place to swim and relax. Sun loungers are positioned around the pool, inviting you to bask in the Mediterranean sun.

Adjacent to the pool, a comfortable seating area with plush outdoor furniture provides a perfect spot for lounging, reading, or enjoying a sunset cocktail with your loved ones. 

Perfect for outdoor cooking enthusiasts, the gas BBQ area is equipped with all necessary utensils and tools, allowing you to prepare mouth-watering grilled delicacies while enjoying the fresh sea breeze. More specifically, the outdoor area of Villa features:

- A private, 40sq swimming pool, 1.6 m deep with step access that can be heated upon request, for your entire stay at an additional cost.

- The pool area is equipped with sun bed, a poolside shower, and 2 umbrellas.

- Gas BBQ facilities with a single gas hob, a sink, a mini fridge and cupboard storage

- Οutdoor dining  area for 6 guests
